Black Claw is the final member of the Panther Claw Big Four that Honey Kisaragi had to face. He/she has an androgynous appearance and speaks with a masculine voice on his/her right side and a feminine voice on his/her left side.
Appearance[]
Black Claw is of average height and wears a two-sided military uniform with a frilly collar and colors that contrast the sides of his/her face. The left side of his/her face is colored white and is apparently more feminine, the right side is colored black and has a more masculine side.
Personality[]
Black Claw is entirely loyal to Sister Jill and does what is in his/her power to claim the I-System for Jill's plans. (S)he appears to prefer the company of the Panthers, making use of them in his/her plan of attack.
Abilities and Powers[]
Black Claw's powers are music based, where (s)he uses the Panthers to play music that can distract enemies while Black Claw sings which can disorient opponents especially through a hidden microphone that can be used as a flail.
