Boy Honey in the manga
Boy Honey is one of the forms used by Honey Kisaragi. While it was first used as a disguise, in her attempt to flee from Panther Claw, she would later return to it many years later in order to pose as the significant other for a client.

Boy Honey was used to help Honey disguise herself, and it had no real uses outside of changing her visual demanour
