The Chief of Police was a minor character in the Cutie Honey manga.
Appearance[]
The Chief was a short portly man, he dressed fairly lax for a man of his position. He had a large, open faced smile and a small toothbrush moustache.
Personality[]
The Chief was seemingly a rather absent minded man, treating everything light heartedly and constantly fanned himself in the heat.
History[]
The Chief and his men were hired by former wrestler Paul Tamamoto to help protect a Golden Buddah statue owned by Tamamoto, after he had received a prior notice from Sister Jill, threatening to steal the statue. He spent the whole time fanning himself and treating the situation jovially. Even when Jill barged through the doors with her Panthers in tow, the Chief continued smiling.
