Cutie Honey F is a manga adaptation of the anime of the same name. It was written by Yukako Isaka in Shogakukan's Hello magazine from March 1997 to April 1998 with its chapters collected in four volumes.

The manga follows the same plot as the original anime featuring Honey Kisaragi as Cutie Honey battle against the forces of Panther Claw in search of her father. However, there is a notable difference between the series: Seira Hazuki (aka Misty Honey) survives and teams up with Cutie Honey to defeat Sister Jill before Honey seals Panther Zora.
