Michiko Neya is a voice actress well known for voicing video game characters including Street Fighter's Chun-Li and Rose, Darkstalkers Hsien-Ko, and Soul Calibur's Sophitia. She also voiced several characters in anime and OVAs such as Fullmetal Alchemist's Riza Hawkeye and New Cutie Honey's Honey Kisaragi.
