Jill Tower is the headquarters of Panther Claw, while at first it was hidden underground it came up to the surface during the later half of the Cutie Honey movie.
Appearance and Features[]
The Jill tower resembles a conical tower with a drill design with a jewel-like top. The bottom contains a prison and software used to hold prisoners. The top contains the throne room for Sister Jill.
History[]
For most of the film, the Jill Tower was underground where the Big Four met Sister Jill. By the time half of the Big Four are dead, it drills upward from beneath Tokyo Tower. After Sister Jill's defeat it crumbled to pieces until nothing was left.
