Miharu Tsuneni is the superintendent of St. Chapel's dormitory.

Tsuneni is a middle aged woman with a sharp crooked face of about average height and build. She has short blue hair and squinty eyes with a few wrinkles on her face. Tsuneni wears red triangular shaped glasses, and wears light purple lipstick. Her apparel consists of a fushia dress shirt with dark purple accents worn over a white shirt decorated a green tied bow, a dark purple skirt, and red heels. She is almost always seen with a whip.
