Panther Claw is a worldwide criminal organization mainly composed of women. It is lead by Panther Zora and her second-in-command Sister Jill. Their activities consist of burglaries of precious gemstones and metals, as well as acquiring the means to achieve that such as Airborne Element Fixing Device.
