Panther Zora is the leader of Panther Claw in most versions of the story.

Appearances

Cutey Honey (1973)
Panther Zora is the boss of the main antagonist Sister Jill and does not participate in battle with Cutey Honey (or anyone for that matter). She is often seen in the shadows or giving orders to Sister Jill and has only her own interests in mind.

New Cutey Honey (1994)
In Episode 4, it is revealed that Panther Zora has been inhabiting the body of Dolmeck's subordinate Black Maiden, a young nude girl contained in a mechanical walker. She fights Honey and is winning for a time but is beaten when Honey shatters her glass covering. Later, Zora reveals herself during Honey's battle with Dolmeck and later escapes the Skyship.

For the remainder of the series, Zora (in her Black Maiden form, sans armor) periodically appears to infuse others with her power, turning them into deranged monsters for Honey to fight.

Cutey Honey Flash (1997)
In Cutie Honey Flash, Panther Zora serves as the main villain in the show and also the leader of Panther Claw, though with a more demonic appearance. She is responsible for manipulating Honey's sister Seira Hazuki and turning her into the evil Misty Honey. During the final battle, she attempts to kill Cutey Honey, only to be crystallized by exposure to her power of love.
