Tattoo Panther was a member of the international criminal group Panther Claw.

Dressed seemingly only in a thong, Tattoo is covered in zebra-esque markings, a tattoo on her forehead designed to resemble a third eye. Her hair is seemingly tied back and braided together and she seems to have body mods in her skin with spikes in her arms and a ring in her ankle.
