Twin Panther are members of Panther Claw serving as the villains in Episode 21.
Appearance[]
They appear as a pair of twins one riding a chopper motorcycle the other In the passenger seat welding a machine gun they also appear to wear goggles with blue lenses, tight black pants, blue gloves, red bikini tops and white hair covering the top of their heads and around their faces.
Abilities[]
They seem not to possess any superhuman abilities like most Panther Claw members, but are just a pair of human looking twins riding on a motorcycle that bleed blue blood. For combat one of them uses a machine gun.
